Camera and Gallery Access
The app requires access to your camera and gallery in order to:

- Create new complaints with details and images
- Edit complaint details before they are accepted by a technician
- Delete complaints if they have not yet been assigned
- View complaint progress (Pending, Accepted, In Progress, Completed, Rejected)
- View completed service details for their reference

The Purica Customer App uses push notifications to keep customers informed.

- Complaint acceptance or rejection by a technician

- Service completion confirmation

This app is intended for customers above 13 years of age.
